heated pool large area good breakfast smoke smell little difference unclean tables
the heated pool was available. The hotel had a Large area for walks. Breakfast was really good. It was one of the only meals I had there.
The room smelled of smoke upon arrival. Extra cleaning was requested, but it made little difference. Tables rarely got cleaned in the Level lounge.

i stayed in a premium the level room and the views across the golf course were excellent. the level lounge was accommodating. the breakfast had lots of choice.

cold food limited view
The room was advertised with views, yet I only saw trees. It was quite disappointing. There was no option to order a drink by the pool. I had to go to the lounge and couldn't bring the drink back outside! the breakfast food buffet was frequently COLD. It wasn't what I expected.
